Practicing in Tennessee since 2004, Kim is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville School of Law. A former police officer with Smyrna Police Department and sergeant with Metro Nashville Police Department. David M. Hopkins, Attorney

Practicing in Tennessee since 1999, David is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville School of Law.  David's practice areas include criminal defense in both state and federal courts, appeals and post-conviction cases, and family law matters.  David is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Daniel Newbern, Attorney
